How Do We Manage... Trauma?

Today's guest is Dr Paul Conti. Paul is a psychiatrist and author, specialising in trauma and the impact it can have on our minds and bodies. His 2022 book Trauma: The Invisible Epidemic, comes with an endorsement from Lady Gaga, who claims he saved her life.
